To be a successful Service Engineer, you should have experience with:
- Deep knowledge on NetApp Ontap and Dell Isilon
- Solid Understanding of DR-RTO/RPO Planning and Compliance Frameworks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:

Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus) and automation

frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Python)

Experience with hybrid cloud storage architectures, including AWS FSx for ONTAP,

NetApp Cloud Volumes, and Isilon CloudPools
- Proven experience leading business resiliency, disaster
