The role involves identifying relevant US IT job opportunities, reviewing job descriptions and candidate profiles, customizing resumes, submitting applications, and tracking application progress.





The position is suitable for candidates interested in developing their skills in US IT recruitment and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant US IT job opportunities through approved job boards and online sources

Review job descriptions and understand position requirements

Analyze candidate profiles and identify suitable opportunities

Match candidate skills and experience with relevant job requirements

Customize and update resumes based on job descriptions

Submit applications for suitable opportunities

Track submitted applications and maintain accurate records

Follow up on application responses

Coordinate communication related to recruiter calls and interviews

Maintain daily activity and application records

Meet assigned application and productivity targets

Use company recruitment tools and systems

Follow internal processes and application guidelines

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information
