Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of fraud investigators to identify, investigate, and resolve chargebacks in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough reviews of transaction records to determine the validity of disputes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather evidence and information necessary for effective dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce chargeback rates and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in credit card processing, fraud analysis, or related field.
- Solid understanding of chargeback processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience with fraud investigation tools and techniques.
