Sales Executive – RERA / Real Estate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Generate current business through calls, networking & digital platforms
✔ Build relationships with developers, promoters, consultants, architects & clients
✔ Understand client requirements & recommend RERA solutions
✔ Conduct client meetings & presentations
✔ Follow up with leads and drive conversions
✔ Maintain CRM & customer records
✔ Coordinate with Legal & Technical teams
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets
✔ Track market trends, RERA updates & competitors

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree – BBA / Marketing / Commerce or related field
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good Negotiation & Presentation Skills
Basic Sales & CRM Knowledge
MS Office & CRM Tools
Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented

PREFERRED
- B2B / Real Estate Sales Experience
- RERA Industry Knowledge
- Strong Client Relationship & Follow-up Skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
