Roles and Responsibilities
- Relationship Manager - Axis Virtual Center
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from our range of life insurance offerings.
- Meet sales targets by acquiring current customers and increasing policy renewals/surrenders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance, BFSI sales, or related fields (preferably).
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
