who stay, expand, and advocate. We are looking for a Principal Customer
Marketing Manager to build the proof engine behind the story and to drive a
unified customer engagement motion across advocacy, voice of customer, lifecycle
and retention, and customer communications. This person turns satisfied
customers into evidence and into a flywheel that drives adoption, retention, and
growth.

You will work closely with customer success, sales, product management, product
marketing, and customers directly. Your mandate is to build a proof stack that
backs the platform's claims with credible customer, data, and reference
evidence, and to own the engagement surfaces that keep customers passionate and
