Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of security surveillance systems at Airside and Landside of RGIA in a secure and cost-effective manner , adhering to BCAS regulations . Ensure baggage handling system serviceability remains above 98% , supporting targets defined in the Operation Management Development Agreement (OMDA) .

System & Utilities Maintenance
- Maintain serviceability availability of systems and utilities.

Key Performance Indicator:
- Serviceability percentage as per OMDA

OPEX & CAPEX Execution
- Implement Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for OPEX & CAPEX projects .

Key Performance Indicator:
- On-time completion of works

Spare & Inventory Management
- Ensure availability of critical spares at all times.

Key Performance Indicator:
- Availability of critical spares

Contract Management
- Adhere to response time & SLAs .
- Rationalization of existing and renewal contracts .

Key Performance Indicator:
- Contract compliance percentage

SAP & Procurement Process Management




- Generate purchase requisitions (PRs) related to airport systems on time.
- Follow up with procurement and contracts teams .

Key Performance Indicator:
- Timely PR generation and procurement tracking

SLA Monitoring & SOP Development
- Develop and revise SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.

- Timely revision of SOPs

Special Initiatives & Business Excellence
- Participate in cost reduction , energy-saving initiatives , process improvements , 5S implementation , audits , and compliance implementation .

- Audit reports

Training & Development
- Conduct training sessions for contractors' staff .
