Shift: Night Rotational Shift (2-Way Cab)
*Salary* :
* Freshers > 19K TH per month
* 6 to 18 Months > 22K TH Per month (B2 quality) || 32K TH Per month (C1 quality)
* Above 19 Months –> 27K TH per month (B2 quality) || 39K TH Per month (C1 quality)
*Responsibilities* :
* Handle international customer queries via calls, chat & email
* Provide technical support
* Use CRM tools effectively
*Preferred Profile:*
* Undergraduate / Any Graduate (*No pursuing*)
* Valuable English communication skills (B2 or C1 Fluency)
* Basic computer & technical knowledge
* Comfortable with night shifts
* Immediate joiners preferred
*Additional Information:*
* 5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
* 2 way Cab within the radius of 23 KMs
