Position HR Operations Associate (on Contract/ third party payroll)

Key Responsibilities for the role:

The incumbent will be responsible to support the Talent Acquisition Managers for all hiring and pre onboarding activities to ensure a quicker and enriching candidate experience.

The tasks will include:

Hiring journey

- Managing the candidate journey in Workday (our ATS tool)- create the profile, interview scheduling, formatting/ creating JDs as per EVP etc
- Follow up for completing interview feedback on Workday.
- Assigning assessments to candidates on Clevry tool
- Call the candidates for instructions/ briefing to complete the assessment
- Follow up for completion of assessments

Post selection:

- Collecting offer documents
- Ensuring medical tests are scheduled as per candidate availability.




- Follow up for fitness reports from the vendor
- Ensuring the candidate resigns and following up on resignation copy with the candidate
- Initiating BGV process as per applicability and tracking insufficiencies and completion of report
- Informing stakeholders of joining date and prep for the first day
- Assisting in prejoining approvals for relocation quotation
- Ensuring stay arrangement requests are sent to the location

Joining:

- Creating appointment letters and ensuring the letter is handled over on the first day
- Maintaining and issuing joining kits
- Preparing day 1 plan and blocking time for induction
- Handing over all documents to the payroll team in prescribed format

Dashboards

- Maintaining dashboards
- Publishing hiring metrics
- Referral Management (payroll + status updating)
- vendor management (once a quarter) - renewals/ new tie-ups
- follow ups for invoices/ candidate reimbursement
