Job Description*

Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise in ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module and ensure seamless integration with the overall ServiceNow platform.

- Work with CMDB principles and CI relationships, applying them effectively to business applications and services.

- Customize and extend APM functionalities using JavaScript, Glide API, and other ServiceNow scripting tools.

- Develop and manage integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs to source and sync application data.

- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to leverage APM insights for strategic portfolio planning.

- Support overlapping areas within ITBM modules such as PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Demand Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 38 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.

- Hands-on expertise in APM module with strong understanding of CMDB.

- Solid scripting and integration skills (JavaScript, APIs).

- Familiarity with ITBM/CSM modules.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
