Ability to take existing designs and improve without ego
Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
Refine and extend existing UX/UI assets for the Heald mobile app and patient portal
Design high-fidelity screens, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Translate complex health and patient data into clear, human-friendly visual experiences
Create and maintain design systems, components, and reusable patterns
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians
Improve usability across onboarding, dashboards, insights, nudges, and progress views
Conduct lightweight usability validation
Prepare clean, developer-ready handoffs

Scale of Operations
Experience designing dashboards or analytics-driven interfaces for high scale healthcare application
