Role & responsibilities
- Operate and monitor optical fiber draw tower operations
- Achieve production targets, yield, productivity and OEE
- Monitor critical process parameters and fiber quality
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities and production issues
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Process Engineering & Utilities teams
- Analyze downtime, rejection and production losses
- Drive RCA, CAPA, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS, quality systems and 5S
- Coordinate shift activities and manpower deployment
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of Optical Fiber drawing processes, Process Control, Instrumentation, OEE, Production Reporting.
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI, Sensors, Drives, Motors, Temperature Controllers will be advantageous.
