Warehouse Supervisor SMPL

Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement and physical stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock checking.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, dispatch and transport teams.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse records, dispatch details and daily reports.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing material and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise warehouse workers and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety and proper handling of materials.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages or shortages and report them promptly.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders and project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 25 years of experience in Warehouse / Inventory / Store Operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-handling role preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.




- Ability to manage warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / Inventory Management Software.
- Physically active and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Candidates with experience in tiles, building materials, furniture, electrical, hardware, logistics, manufacturing or distribution will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners can be preferred.
