About the Role

SMPL is looking for an energetic and confident Tele Sales Caller to connect with customers, generate leads, follow up on enquiries and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Explain products, offers and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
- Generate sales opportunities through calling.
- Convert enquiries into potential sales.
- Maintain customer details and daily calling records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirement

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Confident and positive personality.




- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Telecalling/Telesales/Inside Sales will be an advantage.
- Hindi and Marathi communication skills will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Building Materials, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Furniture, Interior Products, Electrical, Hardware, Home Improvement, Home Appliances, Real Estate, Retail, Consumer Durables or similar sales industries are preferred.

Candidates from other telesales/calling backgrounds with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
