Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and facilitate training sessions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive follow-ups.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial automation industry.
- Solid understanding of Siemens Teamcenter configuration management system (CMS) and change request management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
