Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handing Payment and collection product like AEPS, NACH, IMPS, CTS and Mandate management system.
- Valuable Knowledge on Online payment transactions.
- Expertise in writing and implementing system testing and maintaining baseline documents.
- Coordinate with Technology, business, account and compliance team to resolve the issues raised by merchant and customers.
- Solve technical queries, Online support.
- Managing the transaction, data analysis documentation & reporting
- Work with Collection and Business team to understand the challenges with various bank / partners and work accordingly.
- Daily monitoring the IMPS / NEFT / RTGS performance
- Daily publishing the Payment and Collection dashboard to respective stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Retail Banking.
