Job Purpose

The Vendor Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, evaluating and onboarding reliable logistics vendors, including fleet owners, truck operators, freight brokers, transport contractors and drivers.

The role will ensure the availability of vehicles at competitive rates, completion of vendor documentation, maintenance of vendor relationships, verification of trip-related documents and timely reconciliation and processing of vendor payables.

The executive will act as a key link between vendors, drivers, operations,



accounts and customer service teams to ensure smooth transportation operations, cost efficiency and timely vendor payments.

Must Have

- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for Material Management
- Good Communication and Relation Building Skill
- Fluency in Hindi
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skill

Nice to have

- PAN India Transportor Network
- Additional South Indian languages
- Computer and ERP Operating skills
- Supply chain Experience
