Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Executive who is open to work in shifts to manage and oversee employee transportation operations. The role involves coordinating transport services, ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing costs, managing vendor relationships, and delivering a seamless transportation experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end employee transportation operations, including vehicle deployment, route planning, scheduling, and fleet utilization.
- Monitor daily transport activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective employee movement.
- Develop scalable transportation solutions to support business growth, operational requirements, and shift-based workforce needs.

Vendor & Fleet Management

- Coordinate with transport vendors for cab services, buses, and other transportation requirements.
- Manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance,



fitness certifications, insurance renewals, permits, and related documentation.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, company transport policies, and industry safety standards.
- Monitor driver background verification processes and compliance with security protocols.
- Support incident management and emergency response procedures to maintain employee safety.

Reporting & Cost Control

- Prepare and maintain transport MIS reports, billing records, operational dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor transportation budgets, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support audits, documentation reviews, and internal control processes related to transport operations.

Technology & Stakeholder Coordination

- Manage GPS tracking systems, transport management software, and fleet monitoring tools.
- Address employee transportation queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Administration, Facilities, Security, and Operations teams, to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all transport-related communication and operational matters.

Qualifications





Education

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

- Relevant experience in transport operations, fleet management, facilities management, administration, or related functions.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and employee transportation services will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of transport operations and fleet management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile work environment.
- Good understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and vendor management processes.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management tools is an added advantage.
