Role & responsibilities
Preparation and qualification of Welding Procedures and maintenance of records
Team building and empowerment, and ability to lead and direct others
Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment in the plant to ensure availability
Implement improvement methodologies like 5S, TPM and Manufacturing Excellence
Ensure modification, Sustenance of processes, Line balancing, line set ups etc
