Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Maintenance Engineer – Fresher to join our maintenance team. The candidate will support preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machines and plant equipment and will work under the guidance of senior maintenance engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machines.
- Support maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM and conventional machines.
- Check motors, sensors, switches, contactors, relays, cables and electrical panels.
- Assist in maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Support inspection and maintenance of bearings, belts, couplings, pumps, lubrication systems and other mechanical components.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Assist senior engineers in identifying machine breakdown causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain machine tools, equipment and work areas as per 5S and safety standards.
- Follow LOTO and other industrial safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production operators during machine breakdowns.
- Maintain breakdown reports, PM checklists and spare-parts records.
- Participate in Kaizen,



TPM and continuous improvement activities.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical
- Diploma candidates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
- Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machines
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel / MS Word
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Exposure to industrial automation
- Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen and 5S

- Positive technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and disciplined approach
- Ready to work on the shop floor and in shifts
- Candidates from Pune and nearby locations will be preferred.
