Job Description

We are offering a structured 15-month practical training program for eligible CMA Intermediate students in accordance with ICMAI practical training guidelines. The candidate will gain end-to-end exposure across cost accounting, statutory compliance, audit, and financial analysis.

Key Learning & Work Responsibilities:

- Costing & Management Accounting:
- Assisting in product/service costing, variance analysis, and preparing cost sheets.
- Budgetary control tracking, inventory valuation, and cost audit documentation support.
- Analyzing operational expenses and preparing monthly mis reports for client management.

- Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
- Handling GST computation, monthly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and ITC reconciliation.
- TDS calculation, deduction checks, and quarterly return filing.
- Payroll processing support including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)



calculations.

- Core Accounting & Reporting:
- Day-to-day voucher verification, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations using cloud accounting tools (Zoho Books / Tally).
- Assisting senior teams during finalization of financial statements, balance sheet preparation, and statutory audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Passed CMA Intermediate (Group 1 / Group 2 cleared, or Both Groups cleared).
- ICMAI Eligibility: Eligible to commence 15 months of practical training under ICMAI regulations.
- Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Attributes: Robust numerical aptitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to complete the full 15-month training tenure.
