Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of home loans.
- Build solid relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-16 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in DSA management.
- Strong understanding of loan against property products such as mortgages and home loans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct channel distribution networks like DSA.
