About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Maintenance Supervisor to manage and
supervise overall maintenance activitiesat our plant. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on
knowledge of CNC, VMC, PLC and industrial machinery maintenance, along with the ability to
handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities.
Handle breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery.
Troubleshoot and maintain CNC, VMC and PLC-based machines.
Identify machine faults and take quick corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Handle electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance-related issues.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum equipment availability.
Lead and guide the maintenance team and allocate daily maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve machine breakdowns and operational
issues.
Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare parts.




Ensure proper utilization and availability of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Support root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
Handle overall maintenance operationsindependently and ensure smooth plant functioning.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC Machines
Good knowledge of VMC Machines
Practical knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
Strong breakdown troubleshooting skills
Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge
Machine installation, commissioning and maintenance knowledge
Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings
Strong team handling and supervisory skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to independently handle overall maintenance activities

Candidate Profile
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
6+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Strong practical/hands-on maintenance experience.
Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Maintenance Engineer role will be preferred.
Candidates who can independently handle complete maintenance operations are preferred.
