Job and Responsibilities:-
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in cooling systems.
- Monitor HVAC performance through BMS and identify potential issues proactively.
- Maintain temperature and humidity levels as per data center standards.
- Perform filter replacement, belt adjustments, lubrication, and equipment cleaning.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service vendors during maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logs, and reports.
- Support emergency response and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Participate in shift operations and planned maintenance shutdowns.
