Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with solid drafting skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will produce accurate and high-quality architectural drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, supporting the design and delivery of premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
- Develop, revise, and maintain drawing documentation based on project requirements and design changes.
- Produce presentation visuals, layouts, and render support graphics using Photoshop to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, contractors,



and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in converting design concepts into technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Organize and maintain drawing files, versions, and documentation in project.
- Support design team in reviews, revisions, and issue of drawings for approvals and construction.
- Ensure all drafting work aligns with company standards, design guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Educational Qualifications-

Any Undergraduate with relevant Draftsman / ITI course

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

Competent in Adobe Photoshop
