Ability to conduct effective stakeholder interviews| workshops| and elicitation sessions to understand business needs. Proficiency in creating process flows| use cases| wireframes| and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio or similar.



Solid understanding of SDLC (Agile| Waterfall| or Hybrid) and experience working closely with development and testing teams. Ability to analyse data| identify gaps| and provide insights recommendations to support business decisions. Strong skills in problem solving| impact assessment| and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Experience in supporting UAT| creating test scenarios| validating requirements| and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Excellent communication and articulation skills| with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.

Knowledge of industry tools like Jira| Confluence| Power BI| Excel Ability to work in a fast paced environment| manage multiple priorities| and maintain high attention to detail.
