Position Title: Jr. Service Engineer

Location: Chikali Pune
Reporting To: Manager/ Head of Service Dept/ CEO

Position Summary:

Provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for the company s

products at customer sites. Ensure timely support, customer satisfaction, and adherence to

company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Installation Commissioning Install and commission Equipment/ machines at customer

premises as per company standard.

. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance Perform routine preventive maintenance and

attend to breakdown calls promptly

. Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, minimizing downtime.

. Customer Training Conduct training sessions for customers on operation and maintenance of

equipment.

. Documentation and Reporting Prepare service reports, maintain service logs, and submit

documentation as required.

. Spare Parts Management Coordinate for spare parts requirements to ensure timely services

delivery

. Feedback and improvement Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product

/service improvement.

. Safety Compliance Follow all safety guidelines during on site activities.

Key Skills Competencies

Good communication and coordination skills.

Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Basic understanding of sales processes and order management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Qualification / skills Requirement
Education:



ITI Electrical /Diploma /Degree Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or relevant field).

Experience 3 8 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance.
Technical Skills : Knowledge of [specific machinery/product], troubleshooting, and preventive

maintenance.

Soft Skills : Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability.
Other Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
