Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for primary grade students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
- Create a positive, interactive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods to enhance language development.
- Assess student performance through classwork, assignments, projects, and periodic assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
- Maintain student records, lesson plans, and assessment reports.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to monitor students' academic progress.
- Integrate technology and creative teaching aids into classroom instruction.
- Participate in school events, teacher training programs, and other academic activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory/preferred as per school requirement).
- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience in a primary school.
- Robust command of English grammar, phonics, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching young learners and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Proficient in lesson planning and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to students' overall academic and personal development.
