Associate IT Recruiter

Experience: 13 years

- Works under guidance on end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level IT roles.
- Handles sourcing, screening, and initial candidate coordination for C2H and permanent positions.
- Learns and applies vendor/client-specific hiring processes.

Senior Associate – IT Recruiter

Experience: 3–6 years

- Independently manages full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior IT roles.
- Leads C2H hiring pipelines, including rate negotiation, vendor management, and compliance documentation.
- Mentors Associate recruiters and contributes to process improvement and sourcing strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding) for IT roles across Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract, and Full time engagements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster), internal ATS, employee referrals, and networking.




- Understand technical requirements from hiring managers/clients and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical fitment interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels/clients.
- Manage the C2H conversion process, including tracking contractor performance and coordinating timely full-time conversions.
- Negotiate compensation, contract rates, and C2H terms with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Taleo).
- Ensure compliance with documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors/staffing partners for niche or high-volume IT requirements.
- Provide regular status reports and recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, pipeline health) to stakeholders.
