Position Summary

The Komunda / Commanda Technical Resource will support the implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of the Komunda automation / process-automation platform for CMA CGM in Europe. This role requires strong technical skills in automation, scripting, API integration, and platform configuration.

Work Model: Offshore delivery with overlap to European time zone as needed

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize the Komunda platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop automation workflows, scripts, and integrations with source and target systems.
- Design and implement API-based integrations, file-based interfaces, and event-driven processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Document technical designs, configurations, test cases, and operational procedures.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover,



and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure security, auditability, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in automation, process automation, or RPA platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Komunda / Commanda or similar automation platforms.
- Solid skills in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash), APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with workflow design, event handling, error management, and logging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an offshore delivery model with European stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation industries.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise systems integration.
- Certifications in automation, RPA, or related technologies.
