Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and creative social media & Digital Marketing Executive to handle various aspects of our digital presence, video editing, digital marketing, event coverage, and branding management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies while creating engaging content to enhance our brand identity and online presence.

Social Media Management:

- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms.

Video Editing & Content Creation:

- Develop engaging video content for campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
- Create graphics and visuals using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Digital Marketing:

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media promotions.
- Manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.

Google Ads & PPC Marketing:

- Create and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.




- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Generate detailed reports on ad spend, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve budget and performance goals.

Event Coverage & Management:

- Attending and covering company events (photos, videos, live streaming, etc.).
- Create event highlights for social media and post-event reports.

Brand Management:

- Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure branding aligns with company values and goals.
- Propose and execute innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence.

Monthly Calendar Management:

- Develop and maintain a monthly calendar for events, campaigns, and activities.
- Ensure timely planning and execution of all scheduled events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
