Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for employees on various aspects of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Develop learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support employee development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an insurance industry or related field.
- Robust understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in developing curriculum maps, lesson plans, and assessment tools using LMS software (e.g. Learning Management Systems).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information in a clear concise manner.
