Job Summary- This role is responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and quality hiring, achieving revenue goals, and developing recruitment strategies in alignment with business needs. It involves mentoring team members, owning client relationships, optimizing recruitment processes, and contributing to business growth through data insights and proactive engagement.

Job Description:

1. Lead the execution of recruitment projects across multiple clients, ensuring timely and quality closures.
2. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for hiring mandates and service delivery.
3. Interact with clients to understand position briefs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning needs.
4. Take ownership of revenue targets for self and team, driving performance and delivery alignment.
5. Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement strategies for client retention and recruitment process optimization.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
7. Leverage various sourcing methodsjob portals, referrals, headhunting, social media—to attract top talent.
8. Ensure solid candidate pipeline management and maintain high-quality submissions.
9. Guide and mentor Assistant Managers/Team Leads to improve their execution and team engagement.
10. Identify high-potential talent within the team and support their development into future leaders.
11. Monitor and present recruitment metrics and MIS reports to management regularly.
12. Support in business development activities—client farming, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
13. Contribute to innovation in sourcing techniques and recruitment strategy refinement.
14. Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Management.
