This Job specifically involves the following key roles and responsibilities:

- Must understand Submittal Reviews and Procedures in the Engineering / Contracting World.
- Excellent HVAC knowledge with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Should have worked on US projects with knowledge of HVAC design calculations in TRACE/HAP.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications.
- Prepare engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.
- Establish systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity Take-Off for various phases/parts of our projects.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC Discipline Lead.
- Use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, clients, visitors, and the public at large.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
