Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Merchandiser Apparel Exports to join our growing team at Maheshtala, South Kolkata.

If you have hands-on experience in apparel export merchandising, buyer coordination, costing, sampling, TNA management, and production follow-up, we would love to hear from you!

Location: South Kolkata (Maheshala)
Experience: Min 2 Years
Industry: Apparel & Garment Export
Preferred: Experience in Kids / Babywear & International Buyers

What Youll Do :

- Manage assigned export orders from order confirmation to final shipment
• Coordinate with international buyers on orders, specifications, approvals & timelines
• Handle order sheets, costing, TNA / Time & Action Calendars and merchandising documentation
• Coordinate product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery & fit approvals
• Follow up with factories, fabric mills, trim suppliers & vendors
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to meet buyer standards
• Support vendor coordination, pricing, MOQ & delivery discussions
• Track pre-production, production, inspection, packing & shipment activities




• Proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain regular order status reports and provide updates to management

What Were Looking For :

Min 2 years of experience in Apparel / Garment Export Merchandising
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing & export processes
Hands-on experience in costing, sampling, buyer approvals & order execution
Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery & garment construction
Strong understanding of TNA / Critical Path management
Experience handling international buyers / global brands preferred
Kids / Babywear merchandising experience will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination & problem-solving skills
Ability to independently manage multiple styles/orders
