We are hiring a Solar Lead for one of the leading MNC EPC companies for their Ahmedabad location.
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Utility-Scale Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Renewable Energy / Power Systems or related discipline
Key Requirements:
Solid experience in large-scale Solar EPC projects
Experience across Construction, Commissioning & Handover
Strong understanding of Solar PV, Grid Interconnection, Substations & Transmission
Experience in Programme Management / Technical Governance / Project Oversight
Strong stakeholder & contractor management skills
Experience in project controls, risk management, performance testing and readiness assessment
The role will be responsible for EPC delivery oversight, technical escalation, interface management, project readiness, risk management and client advisory.
