- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure student progress and understanding.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students to identify areas of improvement and provide personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate soft skills training into the academic curriculum.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or education industry.
- Solid expertise in behavioural training, communication training, learning and development, presentation skills, and English language training.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
