- Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
- - Key Responsibilities
- • Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
- • Generate and convert leads into successful closures
- • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships
- • Update CRM and maintain sales reports
- - Key Skills Required
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
- • Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
- • Good understanding of the real estate sales process




- • Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- • Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel
- - Experience Required
- • 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- • Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
- • Candidates from the Real Estate industry only

- Monthly Salary: 25,000 to 33,000
