Job Title: Senior LoRaWAN & IoT Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced LoRaWAN Network Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity infrastructure. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our wireless networksfrom gateway deployment and radio frequency (RF) planning to cloud data routing.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Architecture: Design and deploy scalable LoRaWAN network topologies, gateway placements, and backhaul connections.
- Server Management: Configure and maintain LoRaWAN Network Servers (e.g., ChirpStack, The Things Stack, or Senet).
- Device Onboarding: Manage sensor provisioning, activation (OTAA/ABP), profiles, and MAC layer parameters.
- RF Optimization: Analyze link budgets, spreading factors, signal propagation, and channel plans to reduce packet loss.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track network health, diagnose gateway or node failures, and resolve latency or coverage gaps.
- Cloud Integration:



Stream telemetry data from network servers to cloud platforms via MQTT, HTTP, or Webhooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of focused experience in IoT or wireless network deployments.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Robust grasp of RF fundamentals, license-free frequency bands (ISM bands like IN865, EU868, US915), and antenna characteristics.
- Hands-on experience with LoRaWAN gateways (Multitech, Kerlink, RAKwireless, etc.) and packet forwarders.
- Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, JSON, UDP).

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration with hardware and software teams.
