Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to customer locations for product installation and commissioning.
- Handle post-installation and commissioning (I&C;) issues at client sites.
- Perform product servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs as required.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the committed timeline.
- Provide product training to customers after installation and commissioning.
- Deliver technical support and guidance to customers during initial usage.
- Maintain proper service reports and documentation after each visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications and spare requirements.
- Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations at customer locations when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service support.
