Role & responsibilities

- Own strategic initiatives end-to-endfrom problem definition and planning to execution and scale.
- Drive cross-functional programs by coordinating with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Business teams.
- Design and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
- Identify process gaps, define solutions and ensure timely execution with measurable outcomes.
- Build dashboards, monitor business KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with external partners, vendors and stakeholders to execute business initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans.
- Support current product launches, business expansions and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Product Operations, Consulting or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. Graduates from IITs and BITS Pilani are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to execution.




- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, dashboards or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and independently drive initiatives to completion.
- Passion for building scalable businesses and solving complex operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in fintech, lending, wealth management or financial services.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
- Exposure to process automation, business intelligence or workflow optimization.
- Experience managing external partnerships or vendor ecosystems.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to leverage AI in day-to-day work to drive efficiency, automate workflows and improve decision-making.
