About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to own and scale paid acquisition across Google and Meta platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has managed high-budget performance campaigns, thrives on data-driven decision making, and has a proven ability to drive business growth through paid media.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple business categories.
- Drive business growth by improving key metrics including Lead Quality, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates through continuous experimentation and optimization.
- Manage media budgets, audience strategies, bidding models, attribution, and performance forecasting to maximize marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Product, and Sales teams to develop high-performing campaigns and optimize the complete acquisition funnel.
- Present performance insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market trends.

What We're Looking For

- 47 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Proven experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Solid understanding of media buying, campaign scaling, audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Google Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:

- Performance marketing agencies or digital marketing agencies
- SaaS, FinTech, Business Services, Legal Services, BFSI, or other B2B lead generation businesses
- Managing monthly ad budgets of 50 Lakhs+ across multiple campaigns or accounts
