About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Regional Safety Officer to drive health and safety compliance across the region. The role will be responsible for conducting safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, training, incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to organisational health and safety standards across all centres.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and guidelines across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections covering infrastructure, electrical safety, fire safety, and other safety parameters across centres.
- Conduct pre-opening/reopening safety audits and risk assessments for new and existing centres.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of mandatory safety training programs, including:
- Fire drills and evacuation procedures
- First Aid
- POCSO awareness
- COVID-19/safety protocols, as applicable

- Ensure all required safety and compliance documentation is maintained and updated.




- Conduct regular Transport and Food Safety audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
- Conduct Health & Safety induction for recent employees across the region.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to applicable health and safety protocols across centres.
- Liaise with Corporate SPOCs and regional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of safety measures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Monitor compliance and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure of safety-related observations.
