Position: Wealth Manager

About the Role:

- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and acquire HNI/UHNI clients through references, networking, cold calling, market mapping, and other business development initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their financial requirements and investment objectives.
- Investment Advisory: Recommend suitable investment strategies based on clients risk profiles, financial goals, liquidity requirements, and investment horizons.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and review client portfolios across products such as PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, Insurance, and other investment solutions.
- Revenue & AUM Growth: Drive asset acquisition, portfolio expansion, client activation, and revenue generation in line with business targets.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional financial and investment products to existing clients.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of market developments, economic trends,



investment opportunities, and new financial products.
- Client Servicing: Ensure timely resolution of client queries and provide regular portfolio updates and investment insights.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Existing HNI/UHNI client relationships or a strong client acquisition track record will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and generate recent business.
- NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, CFP, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
