Role & responsibilities

- Track and monitor all projects and logistics operations.
- Collect, compile, validate, and maintain transportation and fleet-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering key operational KPIs.
- Maintain logistics databases, trackers, dashboards, and records using Excel, ERP, TMS, and MIS tools.
- Monitor shipment status, delays, damages, exceptions, and escalations.
- Analyse operational trends, variances, gaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare root-cause analysis reports for operational issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in TMS/ERP and escalate issues as per defined timelines.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or auditing roles.
- Good understanding of logistics and transportation metrics.
- Solid MIS and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Power Query; knowledge of Macros is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
