Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and pleadings;

• Monitors and obtains discovery responses;

• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;





• Develops cases by preparing and forwarding Summonses and Complaints;

• Prepares and files discovery requests and prepares responses to opposing counsel;

• Drafts litigation documents and generates status reports.

Skills Required:

• Drafting legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Verified Bill Particulars, Motions, etc.;

• Carrying out legal research and preparing legal drafts;

• Valuable English communication skills;

• Ability to work as a team player;

• Excellent observation and analytical abilities;

• Confident, energetic, and committed;
