Job Title: HR Executive / Recruiter

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager / Head HR

Salary CTC: 15K - 20K (As per current CTC)

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the right talent is hired in alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Understand hiring needs and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants.

1. Screening & Selection

- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary screening (telephonic/video/in-person).
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.

1. End-to-End Recruitment Process





- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer roll-out.
- Negotiate offers, salary fitment, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.

1. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduate degree.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter(corporate/in-house/consultancy).
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
