Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Develop product ranges for mens casual shirts, T-shirts and bottom wear. • Prepare detailed tech packs for sampling and bulk production. • Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories throughout the product development cycle. • Manage sample development, fit sessions, comments, corrections, and approvals to achieve the desired product. • Coordinate fabric and trims requisitions based on design and production requirements. • Follow up regularly on sampling and bulk production to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. • Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric delivery and ensure material availability as per production schedules. • Coordinate with factories and conduct factory visits for production monitoring and product execution.



• Ensure that designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, target costing, MRP, quality standards, and commercial viability. • Track the complete product lifecycle from concept design sampling approval bulk production final execu on. Core Skills •
