Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry to manage and oversee financial accounting, plant finance, costing, inventory accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, MIS, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to manufacturing accounting, product costing, GST, TDS, Cash Flow, P&L; financial reporting, and business partnering, with the ability to work closely with plant operations and senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Finalization of Books of Accounts and having complete knowledge of accounts for day to day working.

- Filling TDS return salary and non - Salary

- Should be able to prepare MIS to Management monthly like Balance Sheet, P & L a/c, Cash Flow monthly basis.

- Coordinating with Bankers, Income Tax, PF, & Law Consultants. Factory consultant, Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditor





- Knowledge of GST with filling of Return like Form 3B, GST R1, GST R2 & GST R3 also for refund filling of GST

- Should be able to do Cost analyses, Ratio analyses and comparing with budget

- Should have knowledge ROC like drafting minutes, AGM minutes etc.

Required Skills

- CA qualification is mandatory. Inter CA can be preferred.

- 7+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry / organization is strongly preferred.

- Experience in finance, GST, TDS, P&L;, Auditing, Cash Flow.

- Experience in handling 5-7 finance team member and coordinating with cross-functional departments.

- Exposure to ERP-based manufacturing accounting will be an advantage.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
