Responsibilities :
As a project manager, responsible for the complete planning, implementation and execution of all the Rooftop Solar project(s) of the company - Maharashtra & Rajasthan states
Ability to source and arrange for Site Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, Skilled and Unskilled manpower for site work as per requirement of the projects.
End to end responsibility of project execution with ability to take complete charge of the project from start to finish, which provides with a tremendous amount of control as well as responsibility.
Must be responsible to develop goals, motivate the team, delegate work and overcome all obstacles.
Interface effectively with client counterparts,



cross functional teams and consultants to build effective relationships
Co-ordination with Customers, Sales & Business Development Team and Vendors to ensure 100% OTD (On Time Delivery)
Processing of Bills & follow-up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from the customers.
Management of customer complaints and service to the clients.
To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report
Develop MIS and ability to analyse market data.
Other duties as assigned.
